1. Introduction

The website http://www.lumashospitality.com.au (the "website") is owned and operated by RYNO KITCHEN EQUIPMENT Pty Ltd (ABN 67 956 673 652) (t/as and referred as LUMAS "we", "our", "us" or the "Company") 1663 Centre road, Springvale Victoria 3171. The Company includes representatives, subsidiaries, affiliates, related parties, officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, advertisers, partners and co-branders.

In any event, these Terms and Conditions govern the supply of any product ordered by you on the website. By ordering a product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

In these Terms and Conditions:

"Customer" means the individual who places an Order on the website

"You" means the Customer who places an Order

"Product(s)" means the supplier’s products to be sold to Customers via the website in accordance with this agreement

"Account" means the account that you will need to register in order to submit an Order

"Acknowledgement" means our confirmation of your Order (typically sent by email)

"Business Day" means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, bank holiday or public holiday in Australia

 

These Terms and Conditions are our copyrighted intellectual property. Use by third parties – even of extracts – for the commercial purposes of offering goods and/or services – is not permitted. Infringements may be subject to legal action.

 

2. Registration

At Lumas, we strongly encourage you to register with us during the checkout process. Registration is not mandatory to complete checkout, but by registering you receive the following benefits:

Access to special sections of the site, such as the My Account section, where you can track current orders, view old ones, and update your billing and shipping information.

Reorder quickly by browsing through the items you’ve purchased in the past with our Rapid Reorder feature.

Submit product reviews under the “Review items I've purchased” section of your account to earn up to $100.00 in store credit. Your feedback (text, video, or photo) about the products you purchase is so important to us, we'll pay you for it! Paid reviews do not reflect the views of Lumas or its affiliates, but they do reflect your views, and that's what matters most.

When contacting Customer Support regarding your order, we can quickly and easily see all past orders for registered users.


All of the information we receive from you in the registration process is transmitted over a secure server and kept in a secure location. You can only access your information after logging in with the unique e-mail and password combination you created during registration. 

 

3. Orders

Availability

Occasionally we will temporarily run out of stock of an item due to high demand. If this is ever the case for an item you ordered, we will send you an out-of-stock e-mail within 24 business hours. If you have a time-constraint on your order please respond to the e-mail and our Order Support team will work on a solution for you! You can also feel free to contact a Order Support team to check stock on the items you’re purchasing before your order is placed to ensure availability.

Canceling/Modifying an Order

Please contact us immediately if you would like to cancel an order. If an order is already processing in our warehouse and being packed to ship, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled. In order to maintain accuracy and efficiency in our order process, we are unable to alter any orders after they have been placed. If you would like to add to or modify your order in any way, please contact our Order Support team to cancel the order so you can reorder exactly what you need! 
Our warehouse works on the weekends to package orders so they are ready for shipment on Monday morning. Although we do not ship on weekends, if an order is packaged to ship over a weekend and billed out, the order is not able to be canceled. 
If we cannot cancel an order because it has already shipped from our warehouse, please see our returns procedures.

Email Communication

In order to provide our customers with the most up to date information regarding products and orders, our primary form of communication is via email. All order updates will be sent to the email address used when the order was placed. For this reason, please be sure to use a valid email address when placing your order. If you have questions that need to be directed to our Customer Solutions team, you are welcome to contact us via email, chat or phone.

Online Security

Please note to ensure our customers’ safety online, all orders go through security checks before we start processing them. Keep this in mind while ordering, as there may be a slight delay between when you place the order and when we start processing it. For a small percentage of orders, we may request additional information via email to help ensure the order’s validity.

 

4. Pricing and Payment Methods

Pricing

All pricing is in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices may change from time to time. 

Credit Card (Preferred Method)

We ask that all orders be placed online via credit card payment. From the shopping cart, you have the option to check out using our secure server or PayPal. We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

EFT

If paying by EFT, please ensure you use your LUMAS order number as payment reference, and deposit funds into the below account:

5. Products

Colour Policy

Our Images Department makes every effort to portray the color of an item as accurately as possible on our site. However, the color of an item may appear differently according to the settings on your monitor. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the color displayed on your monitor.

Equipment Parts

Compatible Models are listed as applicable and kept as accurate and up-to-date as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact a Customer Solutions Specialist before placing your order.

Equivalent Items Equivalent items and any associated illustrations or descriptions are presented for your reference. These are items which, based on available manufacturer information, are suitable replacements for the stated original item. These replacement, equivalent items are not necessarily authorized, sponsored, or endorsed by the manufacturer of the stated item, or by the manufacturers of equipment compatible with the stated item; any OEM names mentioned are registered trademarks.

Image Policy

We strive to provide the most accurate images of our products as possible. However, despite our best efforts, some product images prove difficult or impossible to obtain. In these cases, we will use the closest representative image we can find for the product. These representative, illustrative images may show optional accessories or features, or may be an image of a similar product. 

Therefore, we recommend that you carefully read the product description and other related product literature such as Specification Sheets, MSDS Sheets, etc., before placing your order. If you have any questions or concerns about a product even after reading the description and product literature, please contact us.

 

6. Sales and Coupon Code Policy

Because we are a bulk distributor of food service supplies, we make sure to advertise our lowest prices on our website, including discounts we receive from our vendors that are passed onto our customers. On occasion we will provide sales and coupon codes to receive further discounts. To ensure the discount is received for sales, items should be purchased as soon as possible. Coupon codes for items on our site will have an expiration date associated with them. Coupons and discounts will only be honored on orders that are placed while the coupon/discount is valid. 

Pricing that is advertised on sources outside of our website may reflect incorrect prices compared to what we currently offer. The prices on our website are regularly updated to ensure accurate, real-time pricing; however, search engines and coupon code websites may not always provide the most up-to-date prices. Please visit our website to view the current pricing of our items. Prices and coupon codes that are not valid will not be honored at checkout.

 

7. Warranty Policy

If a warranty is available for an item, the details of the warranty can be found listed in the item description, or as a downloadable link on the item’s page. All warranties are handled based on the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Since manufacturers’ warranty policies vary, please contact a Customer Solutions Specialist to verify warranty info before placing your order. 

For items being used internationally, please confirm if the warranty is valid in your area.
