Specifically designed to filter oil from any 25 Litre Frymaster or Dean Fryer, The PF50R-240 Frymaster portable filter is easy to use and are specifically designed to preserve oil life by filtering out sediment and oil breakdown products, maximizing oil life and contributing to the consistent production of great tasting fried foods.

I can trust Frymaster Computers to react fast and keep that temperature up, even when we’re at our peak on a Friday night. The computers also ‘stretch’ cooking times, heavy loads need longer than light loads, and the CMIII Computer calculates cook times automatically to provide consistent food quality.
